Armenia will close all schools and other educational establishments until March 23, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has informed.
Speaking live on Facebook, the Prime Minister said the government will return to the issue on March 18-19 and the suspension could be extended if necessary.
PM Pashinyan urged citizens to avoid organizing or participating in mass events.
Armenia has so far confirmed six cases of coronavirus.
