Minsk Group Co-Chairs to meet next week to discuss renewed violence in Karabakh

The Minsk Group Co-Chairs will hold consultations in Vienna next week to discuss the escalation of tensions in the Karabakh conflict zone, RIA Novosti reports, quoting a source in the OSCE.

“Taking into consideration the escalation of situation at the line of contact between the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan, the three co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group will meet in Vienna next week and will brief the Minsk Group member states on the situation and the future steps towards seeking ways to contribute to the soonest resolution of the protracted conflict,” the source said.
