The Armenian side has struck a serious blow to the rival, and the latter will need time to come to sense after the heavy human and technical losses, Spokesman for the NKR President David Babayan told Public Radio of Armenia.
He noted that despite tension, the situation at the line of contact is controllable.
David Babayan noted that “there is some tension in Artsakh, but people are ready to defend the Motherland.
“There are groups willing to arrive at the frontline to defend the Motherland, but there is still no need for this,” the Spokesman said.
