Contract serviceman of the NKR Defense Army Andranik Grigoryan, born in 1991, passed to the Azerbaijani.
Grigoryan left his weapons and crossed the border from the military positions located in the eastern direction of the line of contacts at about 13:50 on March 22.
Probe into the details of the case is under way.
