Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will leave for Turkmenistan tonight for an official visit, President’s Press Office reported.
Within the framework of the visit Serzh Sargsyan will meet with Turkmenistan’s President Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedov. A number of documents on bilateral cooperation are expected to be signed after the high-level talks. The Presidents of Armenia and Turkmenistan will make a statement for the press.
On April 9 Serzh Sargsyan will leave for the city of Turkmenbashi, where he will watch the concert of Armenian and Turkmen culture figures.
Ashgabat will host an Armenian-Turkmen business forum with a view of expanding and developing the bilateral trade-economic ties.
