The Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan spoke in The Hague, US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick said in a Twitter post.
“The Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan spoke together in The Hague at the Nuclear Security Summit 2014. Are they really committed to finding a way to NK peace?” Warlick tweeted.
