On 18 March Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met with the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, KR President’s Press Office reports.
Issues related to the current stage of negotiations on the Karabakh conflict settlement and the prospects were discussed. Reference was made to the situation along the contact line between the NKR and Azerbaijan armed forces.
