Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, Colonel General Yuri Khachaturov participated in the sittings of the Chiefs of General Staff of NATO’s Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council (EAPC), NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), NATO’s new Resolute Support mission, as well as the Kosovo Force (KFOR).
The participants discussed the process of NATO-led missions in Afghanistan and Kosovo and referred to the future programs.
Within the framework of the visit to Brussels, Yuri Khachaturov had a meeting with General Philip M. Breedlove, the Supreme Allied Commander in Europe and the Commander of U.S European Command. Issues related to Armenia-NATO cooperation were discussed. Yuri Khachaturov met with his counterparts from a number of countries.
