Armenia, Peru aim to expand bilateral cooperation

The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Panama Edward Nalbandian and Fernando Nunez Fabrega discussed the perspectives of bilateral cooperation.

Minister Nalbandian said that although Armenia and Panama are thousands of kilometers apart, the two countries have similar views on a number of international issues, which provides a good basis for the development of cooperation in different spheres.

The parties stressed the importance of high-level reciprocal visits, formation of a legal framework, conduct of consultations between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries, the need to deepen collaboration within international organizations, accreditation of ambassadors in both countries and further expansion of bilateral relations.
