Armenia, Russia to create joint venture for the production of butadiene-styrene rubber

President Serzh Sargsyan received the delegation of the largest Rosneft Company headed by its Chairman Igor Sechin.

Discussed were issues related to the development of Rosneft’s cooperation with Armenia in the economic area, President’s Press Office reports.

At the conclusion of the meeting, in presence of the President of Armenia, representatives of Rosneft, Pirelli Tire Russia and Rosneft-Armenia Companies signed a number of documents aimed at the deepening of cooperation, including a Memorandum of Understanding for the creation in Armenia of a joint venture for the production of butadiene-styrene rubber.
