The newly appointed Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Brazil, Edmon Marinu Duarte Monteiru, presented his credentials to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
The President congratulated the Ambassador on appointment and wished him success in his diplomatic mission in our country. Serzh Sargsyan voiced hope that Ambassador Monteiru would do his best to raise the bilateral relations to a new level and reinforce the Armenian-Brazilian ties based on mutual respect and trust.
The Ambassador assured he would spare no effort to contribute to the reinforcement of bilateral ties and deepening of cooperation.
The parties attached importance to the improvement of the legal framework and cooperation in inter-parliamentary format and within the framework of international organizations.
