Leader of the Heritage Party, former presidential candidate Raffi Hovhannisyan has responded to Serzh Sargsyan’s letter, head of the Heritage faction Ruben Hakobyan said at an open-air press conference at the Liberty Square. The letter signed by Hovhannisyan has already been sent to the President.
In the letter Raffi Hovhannisyan has reiterated his willingness to meet to discuss the proposals on the table any time and in any format at the Liberty Square.
