Presidential candidate Arman Melikyan, who has chosen the slogan “Don’t keep silent” for the first stage of the campaign, is not going to keep silent, despite the decision not to conduct an election campaign.
Melikyan will use the free airtime provided by Public Television and Public Radio to raise issues of legitimacy of the elections.
On February 8 Arman Melikyan will make a final decision whether his name will be one the ballot or not.
