The head of the Russian Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin will arrive in Armenia today.
The agreement was reached during a phone conversation between the Heads of Armenian and Russian Investigative Committees Aghvan Hovsepyan and Alexander Bastrykin.
The parties discussed issues pertaining to the killing of the family of six in Gyumri by private of the Russian Military Base #102 Valery Permyakov.
Taking into consideration the peculiarities of the criminal case, Aghvan Hovsepyan decided to invite his Russian counterpart to Armenia.
