Negotiations between Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov have commenced in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
In Kazakhstan the top diplomats of Armenia and Azerbaijan were welcomed by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu.
