President Armen Sarkissian has signed a decree, relieving Acting Director of the National Security Service Mikael Hambartsumyan from the post, President’s press service inform.
Hambartsumyan took up the post after former director of the National Security Service Argishti Kyaramyan was relieved of duties on October 8.
