Earthquake strikes near Georgian-Azerbaijani border, felt in Armenia

A 4.1 magnitude earthquake struck near the Georgian Azerbaijani border, 38 km north of the city of Gyanja, the Armenian National Survey for Seismic Protection reports.

The quake measured 5-6 at the epicenter.

The tremors were felt in the settlements of Tavush and Lori provinces in Armenia.
