On November 18, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan received David Moran, UK Chargé d’Affaires to Armenia.
Wishing success in his mission, the Foreign Minister expressed hope that David Moran, would contribute to the advancement of the Armenian-British bilateral agenda.
