The Azerbaijani side used a Spike anti-tank guided missile as it violated the ceasefire in the eastern direction of the line of contact with Artsakh forces at 3:05 p.m., October 23.
Defense Army troops showed restrains and refrained from response actions to avoid further aggravation of the situation at the line of contact, the Artsakh Defense Ministry said.
