OSCE Parliamentary Assembly’s Special Representative for the South Caucasus Christian Vigenin visited the Tsitsernakaberd memorial accompanied by Hermine Naghdalyan, the Head of Armenia’s delegation to OSCE PA.
Mr. Vigenin laid flowers at the eternal fire and observed a minute of silence in memory of the Armenian Genocide victims.
The OSCE PA Representative then toured the Armenian Genocide Museum Institute, watched the exhibitions and left a note in the guest book.
Christian Vigenin noted that crimes against humanity should never be forgotten and added: “Any person on the planet has to visit this museum to remember what happened.”
