“Even as the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chais were holding a meeting with NKR President Bako Sahakyan, Azerbaijani drones were flying over capital Stepanakert,” Spokesman for the NKR President David Babayan told Public Radio of Armenia.
“Azerbaijan is thus presenting itself as a unrelible and abnormal state,” Babayan said.
“Our defense effectively neutralized the threat, but this come t o prove who we have to deal with in the face of Azerbaijan,” the Spokesman said.
