President Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree, relieving Sergey Manasaryan of the duties of the Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia.
According to another presidential decree, Sergey Manasaryan has been appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to the People’s Republic of China.
