Eighteen local and six international observation missions are following the Constitutional referendum in Armenia.
The CIS is represented by 44 observers, the CIS Inter-parlaimentary Assembly has 23 observers.
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the OSCE/ODHOR have sent 11 and 5 observers respectively.
Thirty-three representatives of foreign Central Electoral Commissions and Embassies accredited to the Republic of Armenia will also follow the voting.
