Armenians are going to polls today to vote in a referendum on whether to change the Constitution.
According to the data released by RA Police on the eve of the referendum, the number of eligible voters is 2,550,323.
All polling stations opened at 8 a.m. sharp, the voting will continue through 8 p.m.
