Private of the NKR Defense Army Samvel Hakobyan, born in 1995, died of the wounds received when rebuffing the attack by a group of special forces of Azerbaijan on March 19, the NKR Defense Ministry informs.
The Ministry shares the sorrow of this heavy loss and expresses its support to Hakobyan’s family and friends.
