The European Union continues to support normalization of the Armenia-Turkey relations, head of EU Delegation to Armenia Traian Hristea said during the discussion on “EU-Armenia Relations: Outlining of New Ways.”
“We would like to encourage the sides to remain committed to process normalizations without preconditions, despite of withdrawing of the protocols from the parliaments,” Hristea said during discuss titled “Armenia-EU Relations: Charting a New Course”.
The EU Ambassador noted that “this year’s commemoration of the atrocities in the Ottoman Empire is also a test for the future of Armenia-Turkey relations.
