The Karabakh forces resorted to punitive measures to ensure the security of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
According to a report from the NKR Ministry of Defense, the front divisions of the Defense Army undertook punitive actions between 1-2 p.m. in the eastern direction of the line of contact, as a result of which two defense positions of the rival and one car were destroyed. At least two soldiers were killed in another section of the line of contact.
The Ministry says the steps were taken in response to mortar attacks of the adversary.
The Artsakh forces keep the situation at the frontline under control.
