2015 should be a year of peace for Nagorno-Karabakh, OSCE Minsk Group American Co-chair James Warlick wrote in his Twitter microblog.
“2015 must be a year of peace and final settlements for Nagorno-Karabakh. The resumption of violence is not a solution,” the co-chairman wrote.
