The Governor’s Office of Bitlis has approved the proposal of the City Hall to rename some streets and districts, Ermenihaber.am reports, quoting Turkish websites.
According to the decision, the Sapkor Street will be renamed after Armenian writer William Saroyan.
The decision has been approved by the Governor of Bitlis.
