During the past week Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire around 300 times on the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces.
From October 19 to 25, more than 3,000 shots were fired in the direction of Armenian positions, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army reported.
The Defense Army vanguard units, however, gave an adequate response to the provocative actions of the adversary, and took necessary steps to reliably defend the military positions along the entire length of the Line of Contact, the NKR Ministry of Defense press service informed.
