Serzh Sargsyan, President of the Republic of Armenia, will give a talk on Armenia and foreign policy at the Columbia University on September 24, according to the University’s website.
The discussion will be moderated by Merit E. Janow, Dean of the School of International and Public Affairs and Professor of Professional Practice in International Economic Law and International Affairs.
