Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan participated in festive events dedicated to the 23rd anniversary of proclamation of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.
Accompanied by members of the official delegation of Armenia, Artsakh Armenians and guests, the Presidents marched to the Stepanakert memorial to pay tribute to the freedom-fighters perished for the independence and freedom of Artsakh and the first chairman of the NKR National Assembly Arthur Mkrtchyan.
