Vladimir Hayrapetyan, the brother of Armenian businessman and philanthropist Levon Hayrapetyan, who was detained in Moscow yesterday, considers that the detainment is a political revenge.
“Having managed his businesses for years, I can assure that all accusations ascribed to him by Russian media are false,” Vladimir Hayrapetyan told Artsakh Today Press Center, adding that he has no information, as he cannot contact his brother.
“This is an obvious political order. My successful brother never suffered with the mania of wealth and he spent his money for the development of the motherland, something that did not benefit many people,” Vladimir Hayrapetyan said.
