Today, President of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh (NKR) Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on awarding posthumously NKR Defense Army N division’s machine gunner, private Movses Gasparyan, with the “For Service in Battle” medal for bravery shown during the defense of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic state borders, Central Information Department of the Office of NKR Presidemt informed.
