Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree today, appointing Seyran Ohanyan as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
According to another presidential decree, Edward Nalbandian was appointed Minster of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
