On the sidelines of the Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius, EU High Representstive for Foreign and Security Policy Catherine Ashton met with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian,” Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Tigran Balayan said in a Twitter post.
“The parties exchanged letter on future oriented cooperation agenda,” the Spokesman said.
