Hrachya Harutyunyan, an Armenian driver charged in a crash that left 18 killed, has refused to give testimony, RIA Novosrti reports, quoting the Police Press Service.
Harutyunyan was moved to the hospital of “Motrosskaya Tishina” today because of health complaints.
Hrachya Harutyunyan is charged with violating traffic rules, which resulted in the death of 18 people in Podolsk.
