There has been a lot of talk over who Liverpool will and won’t sign this summer, with a lot cantered around Denmark and Ajax superstar Christian Eriksen.
But there are a lot of lesser known players who could be just what the Reds need this summer to beef up their attacking final third. One such name is Henrikh Mkhitaryan, football.co.uk writes.
According to the website, the 24-year-old Armenian attacking midfielder has got people talking over the last few seasons. “He is capable of playing both in a central striking role, in one of the wide forward positions or running in from midfield; Mkhitaryan is a very modern footballer who always seems to be on the move and looking to make things happen.”
“What makes things interesting is he is the type of player Liverpool need to sign this summer.”
The Metro reported recently that the player had switched agents and is now represented by Italian super-agent Mino Raiola and in the long run hopes to secure a summer move to Liverpool.
