Arman Saghatelyan appointed President’s Spokesman

President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree, relieving Armen Arzumanyan of his duties of the Spokesman of the President of the Republic of Armenia.

According to another presidential decree, Arman Saghatelyan was appointed as President’s Spokesman.
