I cordially congratulate you on your professional holiday – the Day of Police, a holiday which is another occasion for evaluating the past, referring to the work being carried out and plans for the future.
Since its foundation Artsakh Republic Police has been carrying effectively its responsibilities of protecting legality, public law and order, rights and interests of the citizen. The assigned tasks require much more responsibility and are of crucial importance as our aim is to build a democratic state, where everyone will feel safe and secure under the supremacy of law. That is why the requirement standards of the structure’s activities are extremely high.
I am confident that you will do your best to solve successfully and with honor the tasks set before the system. The state will continue keeping in the spotlight the issues of improving your working and social conditions.
