According to President Serzh Sargsyan’s decree, Mikael Minasyan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Holy See (residence in Vatican).
Before that President Sargsyan signed another decree to relieve Vigen Chitechyan of the duties of Armenia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Holy See.
The Government decided Thursday to open an Embassy in Vatican.
