The Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, Ashot Hovakimian, addressed representatives of the 56 OSCE participating States at a Permanent Council meeting in Vienna on 1 November 2012.
Hovakimian outlined Armenia’s perspectives on security in the region and on the role of the OSCE.
