“Baku once again abused an international conference in Palermo that has nothing to do with Nagorno Karabakh conflict with cheap manipulations,” Spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign affairs Tigran Balayan said in a Twitter post.
According to him, “the move is aimed at shifting the attention from Azerbaijan’s worldwide humiliation as a result of Laundromat policy of corruption and aggressive criminal posture.”
Palermo is the venue of the OSCE Mediterranean Conference that focuses on large movements of migrants and refugees.
