Private of the NKR Defense Army Vladimir Melkonyan, born in 1996, was killed in firing from the Azerbaijani side in the northern direction of the line of contact at 12:20 today.
Probe into the details of the case is under way.
The NKR Defense Ministry said in a statement is shares the sorrow of the heavy loss and expresses its support to Melkonyan’s family and friends.
