Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian left for Moscow on April 19, where he had a working meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
The Foreign Ministers of the two countries discussed the process of implementation of the agreements reached between the leaders of the two countries and referred to a wide framework of issues on bilateral agenda.
Edward Nalbandian and Sergei Lavrov exchanged views on a number of urgent international issues.
The parties discussed the process of peaceful settlement of the Karabakh issue. They stressed the importance of the joint efforts of the parties and the Minsk Group Co0Chairs to solve the conflict exclusively in a peaceful way.
