US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Groups James Warlick hopes the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet later this month.
“We hope the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet this month. Only they can address the most difficult issues of peace,” Warlick said in a Twitter post.
The Co-Chairs had a meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov yesterday. The American Co-Chair said the talks were constructive.
The mediators are expected to meet with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian in Moscow today
