The Armenian government delegation participated in the annual meeting of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank in Washington, Government’s Press Office reports.
The Head of Government Staff, Minister Vache Gabrielyan, Minister of Finance David Sargsyan and Minister of Economy Vahram Avanesyan had meetings with the leadership of the World Bank and IMF, discussed the programs the two structures are preparing to implement in our country in the coming years.
Issues related to Armenia’s new development strategy and attraction of new investments in different branches of economy were discussed during the meeting with the World Bank leaders.
Reference was made to the details of the IMF’s technical support to Armenia.
