Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, Holy See’s Secretary for Relations with States, will arrive in Armenia on November 9 for an official visit.
Archbishop Gallagher will meet with Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Matsakanyan. After the meeting the parties will make a statement for the press.
