President Armen Sarkissian has signed a decree, appointing Armen Martirosyan as Ambassador Extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Republic of Lithuania (seat in Vilnius).
According to another presidential decree, Tigran Mkrtchyan has been recalled from the post of Armenia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
