The OSCE Chairman-in-office, Prime Minister and Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania, Edi Rama has welcomed the humanitarian ceasefire that has entered in force in Nagorno Karabakh context after talks in Moscow.
“We need stability, both on ground and in the process led by Minsk Group Co-Chairs. This agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan paves the way for substantive negotiations,” Edi Rama said.
